WHERE DO I ENTER THE BONUS CODE?
If you have a valid Bonus Code eligible for application, you can enter the Bonus Code during its validity period in the Bonus Section while making your Real Cash Deposit. Click here to make your next deposit at Silkrummy and enter the available Bonus Code.
I ENTERED THE BONUS CODE WHILE MAKING MY DEPOSIT, BUT IT SAYS THE BONUS CODE CANNOT BE APPLIED
Bonus Codes may not be applicable in any of the following cases among others:
- The Bonus code may be Invalid
- The Bonus code may have expired
- You may have already used the Bonus Code the maximum number of times it can be applied within a given period
- You may have a pending Bonus in your Account. In such case, the Bonus Code can be applied, once all Pending
- Bonus has been released and claimed in your Account, based on the validity of the applicable Bonus Code
My Bonus Code has been successfully applied, but the bonus money has not released into my Account.
Most of the Bonuses at Silkrummy are released as you play on Silkrummy.com. For such codes, Bonus money is accrued in your account as you play on Silkrummy based on applicable Milestones and can then be claimed at any time by you after such accrual.
If the Bonus money has not yet been released into your account, please try the following:
- Kindly check the Bonus Section in your My Account tab to see the Bonuses which have already accrued in your account based on your Gameplay. Play more to have more Bonuses accrue into your account.
- Click on the Claim Button in the Bonus Section to claim all accrued bonuses. The applicable bonus chips will soon be added to your account balance!
I HAVE PENDING BONUS IN MY ACCOUNT BUT THE BONUS DOES NOT ACCRUE BASED ON MY GAMEPLAY
This can commonly happen if the Bonus code in your Account has expired. To check the expiry date of your Bonus Code, please check the Bonus Section of Your My Account Tab.
